Returns and Exchanges
1. Our shipping fee is 20.00 € all over the world in retail sales. Shipping is free for purchases of 350 € or more.
2. The product you have ordered will be shipped to you by Aras cargo within 3/4 working days at the latest.
3. The tracking number will be sent to you by the courier company via sms, at the latest 24 hours after your product has departed.
3.1. If you are not present at the specified address, your package will be delivered to the nearest branch of the contracted cargo company within 1 (one) business day. You must receive your package from the specified branch within 1 (one) business day. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us. Please contact us at [email protected] or whatsapp at +90 0536 597 0106 to resend your return order. The shipping cost will be requested from you again and your order will be shipped on your behalf with a counter payment.
4. Before receiving your cargo, please inspect your package. You have the right not to accept damaged torn bags by notifying the cargo officer.
5. No shipping on public holidays, Saturday and Sunday. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day.
RETURN SHIPPING CONDITIONS
1. I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM I RECEIVED, WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Ø You can return the products whose labels are intact and therefore have not lost their resaleable feature. Used, washed, damaged packaging will not be accepted. Even if it is not used, cosmetics, underwear, socks, all kinds of personal care products, accessory products, etc. Returns of products are not accepted.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
Ø First of all, make sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions.
7 (seven) days from the product delivery date, you can complete your return/exchange process by filling out the form at [email protected] and noting the current code in the last step of the form. Your refund will be made within 5-7 working days at the latest after we receive the product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE AT THE SHIPPER'S SHIPPING COST.
FOR THE COUNTER-PAYMENT SHIPPING TO BE MADE WITH ARAS KARGO, YOUR REFUND IS REALIZED BY 20 ₺ CARGO DEDUCTION FROM THE RETURN FEE.
Ø In accordance with the information above, if the products you have sent are in compliance with the above-mentioned return conditions within 7 days after they reach us, the return will be approved and the product price (excluding the shipping fee) will be deposited to you. Refunds vary depending on bank processes and delays may occur. Please follow these processes through your bank. In addition, the refund of installment payments is made in installments as per bank processes.
3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation of orders is only possible before they are shipped. If your order has not been delivered to the cargo, you can send your request via e-mail [email protected] or write to our whatsapp line +90 0536 597 0106 during working hours (9:30 - 17:30) on weekdays. It is not possible to cancel the orders placed by cargo. You can apply for the return procedure within 7 days after you receive the product.
4. ARE THERE RETURNS ON SHOPPING MADE DURING THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD?
It is possible to return the products purchased during the campaign. However, if the amount remaining after the refund does not fulfill the campaign earnings obligation in the campaigns created with a certain amount or more, the refunds will be calculated over the price without the campaign and will be refunded to you.
5. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND CAN BE PROVIDED ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN EXCHANGE ONCE.
There is no right to return or repeat coupon code for orders with coupon codes. (Only one-time exchange can be provided.)
